Terms of service

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Enable multi-factor authentication where offered and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that use false information.
• One person per account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

2. Digital goods

We sell downloadable software for the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms (Expert Advisors, indicators, scripts, utilities), preset files and documentation (“tools”). Tools are supplied as compiled files unless the product page says otherwise. Product pages state the supported platform, the platform build we last tested, requirements, license terms and the update entitlement. It is your responsibility to check compatibility before purchase; our FAQ and guides explain how.

Delivery is electronic through your account. We do not ship physical media or send files by email.

3. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm.
• An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Licenses and downloads are released only after payment is verified by our payment provider; a redirect back to our site is not confirmation of payment.
• While payments are disabled, checkout stores your cart and no order is treated as paid.
• We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
• Coupons are subject to the conditions shown when issued and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use each purchased tool on the number of terminals stated for that product, for your own trading. Ownership and all intellectual-property rights remain with us or the tool's author. Full details, including activations, transfers and updates, are in the License policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• copy, distribute, publish, rent, lend, resell, sublicense or share any tool, license key or download link, or include a tool in a bundle or service offered to others;
• decompile, reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of a tool, or circumvent its license checks, except where applicable law expressly permits;
• use another person's account or exceed the activation limits of your license;
• upload malware, probe or attack the service, scrape the catalogue at scale or interfere with other users;
• post reviews that are false, paid for or unrelated to your own use of the product;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of your broker's terms.

Breach of this section may result in suspension of your account and revocation of licenses without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

6. Intellectual property and takedowns

We only distribute software we own or are licensed to sell. The site, its design, text, artwork and catalogue are protected by copyright and other laws. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, follow the procedure on our IP takedown page.

7. Reviews and user content

You may submit reviews for products you have purchased. You keep ownership of what you write and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the service. We moderate for abuse, spam and legal compliance and record every moderation action; we never edit ratings or wording silently. Do not include personal data, account numbers or unverifiable profit claims in reviews.

8. Third-party platforms and brokers

MetaTrader is a product of its respective owner and we are not affiliated with it or with any broker. Tools depend on your terminal build, broker execution, symbol naming and account rules, none of which we control. Platform updates may change behaviour; we address these through the update entitlement described in the License policy.

9. No financial advice; risk

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Tools automate a trading approach; they do not remove market risk and can lose money, including more than you deposit with some account types. Performance data is labelled by source and is never a guarantee. Read the Risk disclosure and test on a demo account before live use.

10. Refunds

Refunds for digital goods are handled under the Refund policy, which also explains any statutory rights that may apply in your country.

11. Warranties and liability

We warrant that we hold the rights needed to sell each tool and that tools will materially work as described on their product page on the stated platform build at the time of purchase. Beyond that, the service and tools are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or profitability.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected tool in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, loss of data or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from your profile; licenses you have paid for remain valid for the terms stated unless revoked for breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, present security risks or are required to be closed by law, giving notice where reasonably possible.

13. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. We will post the revised terms with a new “last reviewed” date and email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
