Support hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 UTC. Complex problems that need the author's input may take longer; we will tell you when that is the case.
Opening a ticket
Sign in and go to Account → Support. Choose the product and the category (installation, activation, update, order, refund, other). Tickets are the only support channel for owned tools because they let us attach release files and keep the history in one place. You will receive an email each time we reply and can answer from the ticket page.
What to include
Tickets that arrive with the following are usually resolved in a single reply:
- Platform and build: MT4 or MT5 and the build number from Help → About.
- Broker and account type: broker name, server name, standard/cent/ECN/prop-firm, hedging or netting (MT5).
- Symbol and timeframe: exactly as shown in Market Watch, including any suffix such as
EURUSD.pro. - Tool version: from the product's Downloads page or the EA's inputs tab.
- Logs: the relevant lines from the Experts tab and the Journal tab (right-click → Open to find the log files). Redact your account number if you prefer.
- What you expected and what happened, with a screenshot of the chart including the EA's status corner.
Never include your broker password or full license key. Support will never ask for them.
What support covers
- Installing, activating, moving and updating tools as documented.
- Reproducing errors and, where a defect is confirmed, arranging a fix through the update entitlement.
- Orders, invoices, licenses, download resets and refund requests under the Refund policy.
- Clarifying what an input does according to the documentation.
What support does not cover
- Advice on which settings, lot sizes or symbols will be profitable, or account management of any kind.
- Broker execution, spreads, swap charges, margin calls or account rules — contact your broker.
- VPS administration beyond confirming the tool runs there.
- Tools obtained from anywhere other than this site.
